While the legalization of a controlled substance is never something to take lightly, I saw the article on your site about the "dark side" of prop 19. Search and seizure without a warrant is a good thing?!?! I thought the point of a warrant was to ensure people's freedoms were not unjustly infringed upon, but you seem to be implying warrants should be done away with all together. I had some respect for the arguments to be made against prop 19, but if this is the thought process of one who believes marijuana should stay illegal, I want absolutely nothing to do with them or anything else they may be peddling.
