Issues
Innovations in planting technology have driven the Emerald Age. More effective techniques and genetic advances emerge every day, rendering yesterday’s methods and strains obsolete. In fact, the turn over happens so fast that an entrepreneurs who fail to implement their ideas fast enough cannot compete in today’s market without the protection of state and federal prohibitions.
The JustSayNo Position
Government regulation and taxation hamper the innovative process. Threatening entrepreneurs with legalization impede growth still further. Government regulations would shroud companies with uncertainly, making it all but impossible for them to invest in production and new hiring necessary to react to a dynamic marketplace.
